Legal / Baseline field notes

Privacy policy

Baseline shows public carrier records. This policy covers the account and usage information we hold about you.

Information we collect

Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address. When you sign in with an email code we receive the address you enter.

Workspace content: carriers you save to a watchlist and workspace preferences you set.

Usage information: pages viewed and product interactions measured through our analytics provider, plus standard server logs used for security and debugging.

How we use it

We use account information to provide sign-in, keep your watchlist available across devices and send sign-in codes.

We use usage information to understand which records and features are useful and to keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We process information with a small number of providers: Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Resend for sign-in emails, Google for optional Google sign-in, and OpenPanel for product analytics. Each provider processes information only to provide its service to us.

Cookies

Sign-in requires a session cookie that keeps you logged in. Analytics may set a cookie to distinguish visits. There are no advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in will not work without the session cookie.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace information while your account exists. You can ask for a copy or for deletion of your account information at any time using the contact below. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Contact

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact j.moucachen95@gmail.com. This policy may change as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page.
