Baseline currently offers public carrier lookup and a selected directory. Paid workspaces, saved watchlists, scheduled monitoring and notifications are not available in this release. There is no subscription checkout.
The planned service follows carriers you select from the public database. Importing a customer list would select records to watch; it would not create those records or approve a carrier.
A useful update needs a before and after
The planned workspace would keep observations so your team can compare contact details and regulatory records over time. Each update needs the old value, new value, source and first-observed time. A failed refresh must be shown as unknown freshness, never as “no change.”
Two kinds of history, kept separate
FMCSA authority history contains source-dated events. Those events can predate Baseline and belong to the public record. Baseline’s own observed change history would begin with the observations it retains. A current address does not tell us when it first became that address.
A shared value is a reason to look closer
Related records can share a phone or physical address for ordinary reasons, including shared premises or administrative services. An overlap is a derived connection, not proof of ownership or fraud. Public relationship results are limited to the records held.

Use a USDOT number, docket number or company name to find the record. Check its sources and retrieval time, then decide what you need to confirm directly. Proposed pricing and bulk selection are described separately.
